Our commitment

Phantom Burger wants this website to work for as many people as possible. A pickup order shouldn't depend on being able to see small text, use a mouse or sit through animation. We check the site against accessibility standards and fix what we find.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Where we fall short, we say so below.

What we've done

• Everything can be operated with a keyboard, and the element you're on always has a visible focus ring.
• Motion is optional. If your device is set to reduce motion, the fog, the floating type and the ticker stop moving.
• Text and background colors are checked for contrast, including the dark text on paper you're reading now.
• Photos have descriptive alt text. Purely decorative artwork and animation are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages use proper headings and landmarks, buttons and links say what they do, and form fields have labels.
• Layouts reflow for phones and browser zoom.
• Google Lighthouse gives the home page and the menu an accessibility score of 100.

Known limitations

• Card entry fields. The card number, expiry and security code boxes at checkout are secure frames provided by Shift4. We style the box around them, but we don't control what is inside, so their labels and error messages come from Shift4.
• Third-party sites. DoorDash and Google Maps open on their own sites, which have their own accessibility features and limits.

Come to the counter at 188 Main St, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035 during opening hours (Every day, 11 am to 8:55 pm) and order there. You can pay at the counter by card or cash.
